Sony Ericsson k850i
The K850i is the latest in the range of cyber-shot mobile phones from Sony Ericsson. The specs are excellent, boasting a 5.0 megapixel camera and a touch screen. There are many pros to this phone though also some cons. I have tried to highlight from my own experience what these are. The camera is the phones best feature. The still images are nothing short of amazing using the 5mp camera but the real surprise is the video quality. Unlike the k800i, the video records and plays seamlessly, so no pixelated videos. The screen is very good too. The size, brightness and colour of it is special. Plus there are 3 touch screen buttons along the bottom. There are a few downers to the phone though. I personally don't like the small square buttons, I'd much rather have the larger buttons of the k800i. The lens cover for the camera is mystifyingly covered by a plastic pane which kind of defeats the purpose in having it. I've heard reports of hardware problems too and I didn't escape these either. At random points the phone sometimes restarts itself. Plus my lens cover initially didn't close when I had switched the camera off but it does now. But now I'm just worried it won't open at some stage? |
